The Bears signed Harris to the active roster Saturday, Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Harris was elevated from the practice squad last week and served strictly on special teams, totaling 17 yards on three punt returns. He's signed a contract as an honest member of the 53-man roster now, signaling some security for the 33-year-old return specialist.
