Brown rushed three times for 11 yards and caught all three of his targets for 12 yards in Sunday's 16-10 loss to the Patriots.

Brown was on the field for just 17 of the Bengals' 51 offensive snaps Sunday, roughly half of that of backfield mate Zack Moss, who finished with 33 snaps. The delineation of snaps between the two backs was unclear entering the contest, but Moss seemed to be the preferred option while carrying the ball nine times and seeing four targets. Though Brown's role left much to be desired for fantasy managers hoping he could take a step forward this season, he certainly has room to grow as the more explosive option on a team that struggled offensively Week 1. The 24-year-old will look to take on a larger share of Cincinnati's split backfield when the Bengals visit the Chiefs in Week 2.
