Phillips (shoulder) is questionable to return to Sunday's contest against the 49ers.
Phillips lost a fumble during one of his two punt returns in the first half, and during the process, he apparently suffered a shoulder injury. If he is unable to return, then Tyler Boyd would likely take over as the primary punt returner for the remainder of the contest.
