Burrow (knee/rest) will not travel to Cleveland and has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's contest, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.

The plan all along has been to rest Burrow, so this hardly is a surprise. Ben Baby of ESPN.com did relay the second-year quarterback was a full participant in Friday's practice, essentially confirming Burrow's designation is simply a procedural one. Expect the star quarterback to face no such limitations when the Bengals square off against their playoff opponent next week.
