Battle finished with seven tackles (four solo), including a tackle for a loss, in the Bengals' 34-11 loss to the Steelers on Saturday.
The strong safety also played on more than 80 percent of the defensive snaps for the sixth game in a row since replacing Nick Scott as the starter. Battle, a rookie third-round pick, has 59 tackles and three passes defensed this season.
