Evans signed a one-year contract with the Bengals on Sunday, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.
Evans played just 61 defensive snaps across 15 NFL games last season. He tested free agency, but he ultimately chose to return to Cincinnati. The 2017 sixth-round pick likely will make most of his contributions on special teams next year.
