Evans (knee) shifted to injured reserve Thursday after the Bengals activated him from the reserve/COVID-19 list, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.
Evans had been forced to isolate from the team since early January due to the league's COVID-19 protocols. Although he'll now be able to return to the team facilities, he's still presumably out for the season due to a knee injury that he sustained in October.
