Evans (knee) was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.
Evans, who is out for the year with a knee injury, will need to clear the NFL's COVID-19 protocols before returning to team facilities to continue his rehab. The 26-year-old played mainly on special teams this year and totaled five tackles (three solo) across five appearances.
