The Bengals elevated Davis to their active roster Saturday.
Davis spent the preseason with the Colts, but he failed to make the initial 53-man roster and landed on the Bengals' practice squad. He spent the 2020 campaign with the Steelers and appeared in 16 contests, mostly contributing on special teams.
