Higgins (hamstring) is listed as inactive Sunday at Kansas City.
Higgins hasn't practiced since Thursday of Week 1 and thus will miss a second consecutive contest to begin the campaign due to a hamstring injury. With Higgins out, the Bengals' passing game again will center around Ja'Marr Chase, while WRs Andrei Iosivas and Trenton Irwin, RBs Zack Moss and Chase Brown and TE Mike Gesicki also will be on hand for QB Joe Burrow.
