The Bengals have ruled Waynes (hamstring) as out for Sunday's matchup with the Steelers, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.
As expected, Waynes will be held out of his third straight contest. Eli Apple has been filling in as the starting cornerback opposite of Chidobe Awuzie. Cincinnati's secondary could have its hands full with Pittsburgh's passing game in Week 3.
