Powell (hip) was not on the Bills' Wednesday injury report.
Powell appears to be over the hip injury that kept him out of Sunday's win over the Bengals. He projects to be available in Week 12 against the Jaguars at this rate, though with Sammy Watkins almost back and with Percy Harvin getting more playing time, Powell's role is likely limited to special teams, even with Robert Woods out of action.
