Nix completed 20 of 35 passes for 246 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions in Sunday's 13-6 loss to the Steelers. He added four rushes for 25 yards.

Nix struggled throughout the game, as he ended the first half with only seven completions for 39 yards. He picked up his performance a bit in the final two quarters, though he threw a key pick in the end zone halfway through the third quarter, significantly changing the momentum of a two-possession deficit. Nix's line also benefitted from a 49-yard completion that came on a trick play two calls earlier. Nix has had a tough start to his pro career, failing to throw a touchdown across two games while being picked off four times. He's also averaging only 5.0 yards per attempt.
