Mayfield completed 23 of 32 passes for 305 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 47-42 loss to the Chargers. He added eight yards on two carries.
The fourth-year quarterback put together his most productive game of the year, tossing multiple TDs for the first time in five games while topping 300 yards for the second time, but Mayfield's numbers were still dwarfed by Justin Herbert's five-TD effort. Cleveland's run-heavy offense doesn't often give Mayfield a chance to rack up big totals, but he might get another one in Week 6 as the Browns try to keep pace with Kyler Murray and the Cardinals.
