Coach Kevin Stefanski said Monday that Mayfield (knee) is "day-to-day" but is "feeling good about where he is this morning," Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.
Mayfield, who is already dealing with a torn labrum in his left shoulder, was forced out of Sunday's loss to the Patriots due to a right knee injury. He completed 11 of 21 passes for 73 yards with a TD and an interception before being replaced by Case Keenum. X-rays undergone after Sunday's loss revealed that Mayfield didn't suffer any structural damage, and Stefanski said he expects him to be available Week 11 versus the Lions, but a final decision won't be made until the Browns have evaluated what the quarterback is able to do in practice.
