Mayfield (foot/left shoulder) practiced fully Thursday, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
In addition to the left (non-throwing) shoulder injury Mayfield has been managing, the QB is dealing with a sore foot, per Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer. Mayfield's return to a full practice Thursday puts him in line to play through the two issues Sunday against the Patriots, though there are questions surrounding his Week 10 supporting cast, with running backs Nick Chubb and Demetric Felton on the reserve/COVID-19 list, Kareem Hunt (calf) still on IR, and the Browns officially having moved on from wideout Odell Beckham.
