Mitchell (hamstring) is active ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
Mitchell was originally listed as questionable after being activated to Cleveland's active roster Saturday, but it now seems as if the rookie cornerback is ready to make his first appearance since Week 9. The 22-year-old is likely in line to see more work in the Browns' secondary with Denzel Ward (shoulder) missing Week 14's contest.
