Hughlett (ribs) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Commanders, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
Hughlett's absence will force someone into emergency long-snapping duty for the Browns, who've struggled to move the ball and will likely need to go for it on fourth down the rest of the way anyway.
