Williams (undisclosed) was signed by the Browns on Wednesday before promptly being placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
The running back was signed off of the Dolphins practice squad before being put on the COVID list. Williams has spent time with many practice squads this season but has yet to play a snap in 2021.
