Thompson-Robinson (hip) participated in practice Tuesday, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Thompson-Robinson was limited in drills during mandatory minicamp in June while rehabbing from a hip subluxation injury he sustained in Week 15 against the Texans. He appears be fully healthy as training camp gets underway, and he will compete with Tyler Huntley and Jameis Winston for the backup quarterback job behind starter Deshaun Watson.
