Sampson (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
With Sampson still on injured reserve, the Browns will need to activate him by Saturday evening to have him available for Sunday's game against the Titans. Starting running back Quinshon Judkins (ankle) has been cleared to return from a one-game absence, in any case, which potentially limits Sampson to a passing-down role if he plays.
