Pocic (knee) is active Week 6 against the 49ers.
Pocic has been tending to a variety of ailments, including knee, chest and foot issues. That led to the veteran lineman practicing in a limited capacity each day this week, but he'll ultimately suit up and resume his role as Cleveland's starting center.
