Phillips (pectoral) has been participating in OTAs, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.
Phillips landed on IR last October, but now appears past the pectoral injury he suffered in Week 7 last season. The 2020 third-round pick appeared in seven games during the 2022 campaign and logged 46 tackles (29 solo) and two sacks and will likely serve as a backup to Anthony Walker this coming season.
