Phillips tallied seven tackles (six solo) during the Browns' 23-20 loss to Atlanta on Sunday.
Phillips started Sunday's game and tied for the team lead in tackles. Since Anthony Walker (quadriceps) has been ruled out for the remainder of the season, Phillips should continue to serve as the Browns' starting middle linebacker going forward.
