Elliott (hip) wasn't listed on the Browns' injury report Wednesday.
Elliott left the Browns' preseason finale against the Chiefs with a hip injury. He's coming off career highs in tackles (36) and sacks (two) and is set to anchor Cleveland's defensive front alongside Myles Garrett, Za'Darius Smith and Dalvin Tomlinson.
