Hicks (undisclosed) is "doing better" but is unlikely to play in Cleveland's preseason finale versus Seattle on Saturday, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
Hicks is likely to miss all three of the Browns' exhibition contests, but he still has a chance of being ready to suit up for Week 1 of the regular season. The veteran linebacker signed a two-year contract with Cleveland in March and will look to extend his five-year streak of recording 100-plus tackles in 2024.
