Mullens was elevated from the Browns' practice squad ahead of Saturday's game against the Raiders.
Mullens will join the Browns' active roster ahead of Week 15 after Baker Mayfield tested positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday. If Mayfield is unavailable Saturday, Mullens will serve as Cleveland's No. 2 quarterback behind Case Keenum.
