Day (back) was placed on the active/non-football injury list Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Day re-upped with Cleveland in April, after appearing in seven games for the squad last season. Once healthy, Day will work to earn a role in the Browns' defensive line rotation.
