Cleveland elevated Brown from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.

It's the third time Brown has been elevated from the practice squad, meaning that he would have to be signed to the active roster in order to play for Cleveland after Sunday's game against the Commanders. Brown has played 40 snaps on special teams over the last two games and has accumulated two solo tackles and a forced fumble over that span.
