Cleveland placed Brown (foot) on its injured reserve list Tuesday.
Brown suffered a foot injury while he was on punt coverage during Sunday's game versus the Ravens, and now he'll have to sit out for at least the next four weeks. He's played all of his snaps so far this season on special teams, so Cleveland will have to look for a way to replace his production in that phase.
