Howard (knee) did not participate at the Browns' practice Wednesday.
Howard suffered a knee injury in the fourth quarter of the team's Week 5 loss to the Jets, and he was unable to return to the contest. He has now opened the week as a non-participant at the team's first practice, and he'll have two more chances to return to the field before Sunday's matchup with Baltimore.
