Beckwith (ankle), who was activated from the reserve/non-football injury list in February, is competing for a spot on the 53-man roster.

Beckwith still has yet to retake the field since sustaining injuries in an April 2018 car accident, but Tampa Bay's decision to promote him to the 90-man roster from the NFI list over the offseason is an indication that he's returned to health. If the Buccaneers feel the need to add veterans to the roster when training camp begins, however, Beckwith could find himself fighting an uphill battle to stick. The 2017 third-round pick handled a full 16-game slate as a rookie, amassing 73 tackles (60 solo), one sack and one forced fumble.
