Hall (foot) is active Sunday against the Lions, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
Hall was unable to play Week 1, but he's well enough to make his season debut Sunday. His return to action is good news for the Buccaneers front, which will remain without Calijah Kancey (calf).
