Neal (back) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game against the Packers, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
The starting safety missed practice all week and will now sit out a game for the second time in 2023. Dee Delaney and Kaevon Merriweather should see more snaps in his absence.
