Palmer wasn't targeted in the Buccaneers' 20-16 win over the Lions on Sunday.
Palmer was in on just nine snaps from scrimmage in the narrow victory after having logged 20 plays on offense Week 1. Rookie Jalen McMillan seems to have clearly surpassed Palmer for the No. 3 receiver role for the time being, essentially nullifying the latter's fantasy value.
