Thompson (quadriceps/hamstring) is officially listed as doubtful for Sunday's game versus the Texans.
Thompson was not able to practice at all during the week as he continued to nurse quad and hamstring injuries, and it appears likely he'll be absent for his sixth straight game in Week 9. Unless he's able to make a surprise turnaround by Sunday, Derius Davis figures to continue to see a few extra reps at wide receiver.
