Thompson (quadriceps) did not practice Wednesday, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.
Thompson didn't practice last week and missed Sunday's loss against the Bills. With the rookie sidelined last week, Marquez Valdes-Scantling played three offensive snaps as the lightly-used fourth receiver behind Ladd McConkey, Quentin Johnston and Tre' Harris.
