Rumph (foot) is active at Chargers' training camp, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
Rumph underwent surgery in November after suffering a broken foot, but he now appears to be fully healthy. The 25-year-old is competing with the likes of Ty Shelby and Bud Dupree for a depth role at outside linebacker with Los Angeles in 2024.
