Brown (shoulder) won't practice Thursday, Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site reports.
Brown was also sidelined for Wednesday's session, which gives him one more opportunity to log practice reps ahead of Sunday's game against the Bengals. If the wideout is forced to miss a second straight contest, Rashee Rice, Xavier Worthy and Justin Watson would once again be on track to lead Kansas City's wideout corps in Week 2, with JuJu Smith-Schuster, Skyy Moore and Mecole Hardman on hand as depth.
