Simmons (back) was a limited participant at the Chiefs' practice Wednesday.
Simmons made his return to practice for the first time since training camp. The offensive lineman has been sidelined for the entirety of the regular season to this point while nursing a bulging disc in his back. Simmons will have two more chances to log a full practice before potentially making his season debut Sunday versus the Chargers.
