Fellow wideouts Marquez Valdes-Scantling (illness) and Mecole Hardman (abdomen) will also sit out the Chiefs' first Week 11 practice, leaving Kadarius Toney, Justin Watson and Skyy Moore as Kansas City's healthy receivers for the moment. Smith-Schuster -- who remains in the NFL's concussion protocol -- now has two more chances to take the practice field ahead of Sunday's game against the Chargers.
