Giants' JuJu Smith-Schuster: Not playing Saturday
Smith-Schuster (knee) will not play in Saturday's preseason game against the Vikings, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Smith-Schuster is still nursing the knee injury he suffered early in training camp. The wide receiver has no clear return timeline, meaning Odell Beckham and Isaiah Hodgins will likely see a higher share of snaps throughout the preseason.

Smith-Schuster (knee) did not participate during the Giants' training camp practice Tuesday, Evan Barnes of Newsday reports.
Smith-Schuster missed practice earlier on in camp because of the lingering knee injury as well, and it's not clear when he'll be fully healthy again. Any additional time he misses could mean an uptick in reps for veteran Odell Beckham and Isaiah Hodgins.

Giants' JuJu Smith-Schuster: Returns to practice
Smith-Schuster (knee) participated at the Giants' training camp practice Wednesday, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
Smith-Schuster was sidelined with knee swelling Tuesday, but it evidently was only a minor issue. He's in competition for one of the last spots on a wide receiver depth chart that looks relatively thin behind Pro Bowler Malik Nabers (knee) and Darius Slayton.

Giants' JuJu Smith-Schuster: Bothered by swollen knee
Smith-Schuster missed Tuesday's practice because of a swollen knee, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
The 29-year-old is competing for one of the final spots on New York's roster this summer. An absence could free up extra snaps for the likes of Isaiah Hodgins, Malachi Fields and Odell Beckham.

Giants' JuJu Smith-Schuster: Signing with Giants
The Giants are slated to sign Smith-Schuster, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Along with Smith-Schuster, the Giants are in line to add Odell Beckham and Braxton Berrios, adding depth to a WR corps that's led by Malik Nabers (knee), when healthy. In 17 regular-season games with the Chiefs in 2025, Smith-Schuster put up a 33-345-1 line on 45 targets, and with New York, the 29-year-old will have an opportunity to compete with Darius Slayton (abdomen) , Darnell Mooney, Calvin Austin, Malachi Fields, Isaiah Hodgins and Beckham for targets that don't go Nabers' way.

Chiefs' JuJu Smith-Schuster: Two grabs to close out season
Smith-Schuster reeled in both of his targets for 13 yards during Sunday's 14-12 defeat to Las Vegas.
Smith-Schuster saw some run early in the season while Rashee Rice was suspended and again at the end with Rice out for the season due to injury, but he also tallied just four catches for 27 yards over seven games in the middle of the season. The veteran wideout finished with only 33 grabs for 345 yards and one touchdown overall and hasn't hit paydirt more than three times in a season since 2020. Smith-Schuster inked just a one-year deal with KC prior to the season, so he'll head into the offseason looking for another deal, whether with the Chiefs or elsewhere.
