Charlton has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Broncos with a knee injury.
The 25-year-old was unable to practice this week and won't be available for Week 7. Charlton has two sacks in five games and hasn't played more than 27 percent of defensive snaps, so it shouldn't be a major absence for Kansas City.
