Kansas City signed Parks to a one-year contract Wednesday, Sam McDowell of The Kansas City Star reports.
Parks played in 10 total games between the Broncos and Eagles last season, and he'll now provide some depth for the Chiefs' secondary. Now having put together back-to-back seasons with less than 20 total tackles, however, it's safe to leave Parks off the fantasy radar in IDP formats.
