The Commanders waived Paul (undisclosed) from injured reserve Monday with an injury settlement, Curtis Crabtree of Fox 13 Seattle reports.
Paul reverted to the Commanders' injured-reserve list last Friday after clearing waivers. Since the linebacker has already been subject to waivers, he is now a free agent able to sign with any franchise once he regains his health.
