Paul (undisclosed) was waived/injured by the Seahawks on Thursday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
The linebacker was let go to open a spot on the 90-man roster for offensive tackle Kellen Diesch, per Boyle. Paul will revert to injured reserve if he's not claimed by another team. The fifth-round pick of the Rams in 2025 did not see regular-season action as a rookie.
