The Browns cut Parkey (quadriceps) from injured reserve Tuesday, Andrew Gribble of the Browns' official site reports.
Parkey hit IR due to a quadriceps injury Monday, but rather than have his 2021 season end there, he's reached an injury settlement with the Browns. As such, Parkey will be free to sign elsewhere when back to full health. Chase McLaughlin is the only remaining placekicker on Cleveland's roster.
