McCoy retired from the NFL on Monday, Peter Schrager of FoxSports.com reports.

The 14-year veteran quarterback is officially calling it a career after stints with the Browns, 49ers, Commanders, Giants and Cardinals. McCoy threw for 7,975 yards, 34 touchdowns and 32 interceptions across his 56 regular-season appearances. Now that McCoy has retired from the NFL, he's expected to land a high-profile broadcasting job that will be announced later today, per Schrager.
