Winfree (coach's decision) is inactive ahead of Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.
Winfree had been active for the Colts' last four games before the team's Week 11 bye, but it now seems as if he's fallen down the depth chart. The Colorado product has appeared in seven games for Indianapolis this season, playing a total of 90 snaps (21 offensive and 69 on special teams).
