Blankenship (hip) was unavailable for Thursday's practice.
The kicker was a non-participant at practice for the second consecutive day after he suffered a hip injury Monday night against the Ravens. The Colts added kicker Michael Badgley to their practice squad on Wednesday in case Blankenship is unable to go Sunday versus the Texans.
